Addiction to cheap airfares is causing travel ruin

  • Even the cheapest airlines are having to either increase their airfares or reduce their profit margins. I don't think Internet has anything to do with it. On the contrary internet is just the best way for bigger or smaller carriers to get more clients.
  • The ability to search and compare flight prices online is responsible for customers searching for the absolute cheapest fares.
    Now that most things we considered as part of the ticket price are being charged for, water, food, pillows, entertainment, we may see the absolute cheapest a little harder to define
